Bought a return ticket to Europe. Thought had an issue with the name and went online chat straight away and managed to chat to a person immediately and explain the issue. The support person assured me there is no issue with the name on the ticket and even provided an email assuring the name issued on the ticket is accepted by the airline.

I read it online that their service wasn't legit and that made me panic. So I called JetStar right away and turns out everything was fine. The plus point is that they offer cheaper flight price.

Easy to book through the site. However luggage was very expensive. I found it difficult to find my flight on my Air Asia site until I spoke online to your agent and she gave me an Air Asia booking #. I think this should be given with your booking # at the very start.
