Day One - Doha City Tour

In the morning, take some time to walk along the Corniche and enjoy the architectural diversity of old and new Doha by day.

Visit the Museum of Islamic Art (MIA). The MIA’s magnificent and imaginatively presented displays of the finest art and artifacts from across the Islamic world have earned it recognition among the world’s top cultural institutions.

Spend your late afternoon wandering through the bustling alleys of Souq Waqif for an authentic experience taste of traditional commerce, architecture and culture.

Day Two - The Desert & Inland Sea

Start your day by getting your adrenaline rush with a heart-stopping roller coaster ride over the desert steep dunes. Many tour operators offer a range of activities from a 4x4 off-road safari to camel riding, sand boarding and driving a dune buggy.

Most of the desert tours will take you to Qatar’s most impressive natural wonders, the ‘Inland Sea’ or Khor Al Adaid. A world recognized natural reserve with its own eco-system. This is one of the few places on earth where the sea encroaches deep into the heart of the desert.

Day Three - High-end Shopping / Dining in New Doha & Private Art Collection Outside the City

For those in search of chic luxury and high-end shopping, The Pearl-Qatar is a man- made island off the West Bay coast featuring Mediterranean-style yacht-lined marinas, residential towers, villas and hotels, as well as brand name boutiques and showrooms. When you get hungry there are plenty of dining options, the waterfront promenades are lined with cafes and restaurants serving delicious local and international cuisine.

Next visit the Sheikh Faisal Private Museum at Al Samriya featuring a fascinating collection of more than 15,000 exhibits covering a spectrum of arts, artifacts and equipment. You can also see many everyday household and traditional items that evoke a flavor of Qatari life in the pre-oil era. A highlight for most people at this museum is its extensive collection of vintage cars.

Day Four - A Tour to Explore the North of Qatar

If you want to learn more about the history of Qatar then check out the Al Zubarah Fort. Located on Qatar’s north-west coast and surrounding 60-hectare archaeological works, this UNESCO World Heritage site is one of the most extensive and best-preserved examples of an 18th–19th century settlement in the region. It covers the remains of a walled coastal town that once ranked as one of the Gulf’s most important pearl diving and trading centers with links extending to the Indian Ocean. The fort houses a visitor centre.
